The game is out, and the official support center already has a few real troubleshooting steps worth using. This page keeps the useful ones in one place so you can try the fix first and escalate to support second.
Known fixes available now
Crashing or freezing
- Official support currently asks players with crash or freeze issues to contact customer service rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all fix.
- On Steam, verify the game files first: Library > right-click the game > Properties > Installed Files > Verify integrity of game files.
- If the crash keeps happening on PC, send `Player.log`, the crash-dump folder, and a `DxDiag.txt` report to support.
Lag, stutter, or low FPS
- On PC, verify files through Steam and update both CPU and GPU drivers.
- Lower graphics settings or disable V-Sync if frame pacing still feels bad.
- On console, swap from Quality Mode to Performance Mode.
Can't shoot
- Check that the weapon actually has ammo.
- Swap weapons, restart the level, or load an earlier save.
- If the problem keeps happening, send the report to support so it can be escalated to the development team.
Controller setup and remapping
- Pair wireless controllers through your platform Bluetooth or controller-detection flow first.
- For in-game remapping, open Settings > Controls.
- The support center confirms that remapping, sensitivity, aim assist, and other controller options live there.
If the game crashes on PC
- Crash log: `%localappdata%low/Fumi Games/MOUSE` then send `Player.log`.
- Crash dump folder: `%localappdata%/Temp/Fumi Games/MOUSE` and send the contents.
- DxDiag: run `dxdiag`, wait for the scan to finish, then save the report as `DxDiag.txt`.
If the crash survives file verification, send those files to the Official support page.
